Your tasks
- Assistance with technical customer support for the application of Bachmann electronic automa-tion solutions (hardware and software)
- Analyzing customer requirements and creating technical solution concepts and programming them
- Using AI solutions to create code / application functions and testing their functionality
- Technical customer advice and customer training for existing and new Bachmann hardware and software products
- Configuration of PLCs, fieldbuses and visualization devices
- Participation and active support of the sales team in the acquisition of new customers
Your profil
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering, or computer science, or a similar technical background
- Experience with PLC-controlled automation solutions and fieldbuses systems, knowledge of HMI/SCADA or condition monitoring systems is a plus
- Programming skills in Structured Text (e.g., IEC 61131), ideally also knowledge of C/C++ and MATLAB Simulink
- Excellent communication skills, a structured and service-oriented approach to work and the ability to work well with others
- Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
