Your tasks

  • Definition of monitoring system solutions: You will develop and implement customized condition monitoring system solutions for predictive maintenance (condition-based maintenance). In doing so, you will pay attention to technical requirements and industrial best practices in order to create innovative, efficient solutions
  • Creation of requirement specifications: You are responsible for creating detailed requirement specifications for defining new services. In doing so, you take into account both technological and market-specific aspects to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness of the monitoring solutions
  • Training and continuing education: You will develop and conduct practical training courses for customers and internal teams to deepen their understanding of condition monitoring systems and ensure their effective use
  • Application expansion: You will drive the application development and expansion of condition monitoring systems (CMS). You will integrate new technologies and ensure that the systems are always state-of-the-art
  • Transfer of product developments to the remote monitoring workflow: You will analyze the results from product development and prepare them for implementation in the remote monitoring workflow. In doing so, you will integrate new technologies and ensure smooth operation

Your profile

  • You have a university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field
  • You have several years of experience in the application of condition monitoring systems and have in-depth knowledge of the implementation and optimization of such systems
  • You have knowledge of hardware and software development processes and the creation of requirement specifications, particularly in the field of condition monitoring
  • You have strong communication and moderation skills, enabling you to convey complex technical issues in a clear and convincing manner, both internally and to customers
  • You have experience in project management, including coordinating interdisciplinary teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and can communicate confidently at an international level - Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
  • You have a good basic knowledge of German (B1) to be able to organize your life in Germany
