Your tasks

  • Lead the Hardware Development division, overseeing six direct-report departments with full technical, personnel, and strategic responsibility
  • Collaborate closely with Software Development, Product Management, Purchasing, and Production to ensure seamless cross-functional alignment
  • Drive organizational development and continuously improve innovation and development processes
  • Supervise technology management and define the strategic roadmap for future product generations
  • Ensure the highest quality standards across all hardware development activities
  • Develop and mentor managers while building and strengthening a network of external partners and service providers

Your profile

  • Technical degree (university, technical college, or similar)
  • Extensive leadership experience in product development, ideally within hardware and embedded/firmware environments
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with solid technical expertise
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate confidently at both strategic and operational levels
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
