Your tasks
- As a member of our software organization, you will lead the security guild consisting of various product team members.
- You will provide the vision to enable secure solution design and establish the secure development lifecycle of Bachmann.
- As security lead, you will mentor and support the development teams and work together with different stakeholders and business leaders.
- You will conduct code reviews and maintain our secure coding guidelines.
- Track, manage, and communicate security vulnerabilities together with the security guild and product teams.
Your profile
- Experience in creating secure software products.
- Proficient understanding of threat modelling and secure design principles.
- Have a completed technical qualification (HTL, FH/Uni)
- Programming skills in languages like C++, Java, JavaScript, and Rust.
- Ideally knowledge about security standards like IEC-62443 or similar.
- English B2, German B1
