We are looking for a passionate Power BI & Data Analyst who enjoys transforming complex business data into meaningful insights. If you have strong analytical skills, experience with Microsoft Power BI, and are excited to work in an international environment, we would love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement customized Microsoft Power BI solutions based on business requirements
  • Analyze existing ERP and CRM data structures and develop technical concepts for Business Intelligence solutions
  • Develop and optimize SQL-based data models and Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance department to test, validate and continuously improve reporting solutions
  • Maintain, enhance and optimize existing Power BI applications and dashboards
  • Create technical documentation and user documentation in Confluence
  • Provide technical consulting and support to business stakeholders regarding data analysis, reporting and visualization
  • Ensure high data quality, performance and usability of BI solutions

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience developing Microsoft Power BI solutions in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowlegde of Microsoft Power BI, Data Warehouse Modelling and SQL
  • Experience with Python is considered a strong advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is desirable
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven, proactive and quality-oriented working style with a high level of integrity
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
