Drive the growth of our Condition Monitoring business in India and shape the future of predictive maintenance in renewable energy and industrial applications.

Your tasks

  • Achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth for CMS hardware, software, and services
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposals and tenders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Indian market
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across OEMs, IPPs, utilities, and industrial customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including presentations, visits, and after-sales support
  • Provide technical guidance on CMS solutions and collaborate closely with global teams and internal stakeholders

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or renewable energy markets
  • Strong network within OEMs, IPPs, EPCs, and industrial customers in India
  • Solid technical understanding of condition monitoring, vibration analysis, SCADA, and data analytics
  • Self-driven, customer-oriented professional with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India
