Your tasks

  • Leadership of the Test Guild, including the establishment, coordination, and further development of a cross-functional working group to define standards, processes, and tools in testing
  • Strategic development and continuous enhancement of a company-wide test strategy, including the introduction of modern testing methodologies, tools, and processes such as test automation, CI/CD, and test data management
  • Drive knowledge sharing through training, mentoring, and technical reviews to establish a consistent and unified testing culture
  • Collaborate directly with development teams to plan, implement and execute manual and automated software tests
  • Build and maintain automated test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework or Pytest
  • Analyze test results and support root cause analysis and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with development, QA and infrastructure teams to ensure testability and product quality throughout the product lifecycle

Your profile

  • Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university) in computer science, software engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in software testing, ideally with a focus on automation and CI/CD processes
  • Ideally, experience in a coordinating or leadership role (e.g., Guild Lead, Chapter Lead, Tech Lead)
  • Proficient with testing frameworks and programming languages such as Python, C#, Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Passion for quality, a structured approach to work, and the motivation to proactively drive testing excellence across the organization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate others towards shared goals
  • German language proficiency B2, English B1
